How to Place and Order on AvonNow.com


 Choose your favorite shopping method

  1. Using the Search Tool - If you know part of the item description or the brand enter it in the Search Box.
  2. If you prefer to browse through a product category, simply select the category from the Browse Products tab. You can narrow the list of products displayed by selecting different sub-category or applying different filters.
  3. Browsing the Digital Catalog and Digital What's New. The Digital Catalog is a fun, interactive shopping experience. Click Digital Catalog and select the cover of the campaign catalog or the What's New to begin shopping. (The What's New features representative previews of new products from upcoming campaigns that you can order before we publish the brochure)
  4. Entering Item Numbers. If you have a brochure or know the item number of the product you want you can quickly enter items here.

Quick Tour of the Quick Shop Window


Quick shop window is a pop-up with a product photo, name and basic information.  

You can click on view product details to see the full product description, key benefits and ingredients

Be sure to click Special Offers to get the details of any free gifts or other offers that will be added to your order. Any special pricing as part of an offer will be shown at checkout.

If product is not ✔In Stock you'll see notice of when it's expected to be in stock or if it is no longer available. If we'll be getting more you'll be able to add it to the Wait List to be notified when it's back in stock

 NOTE all items will be shown at customer price while you are shopping.  Your Representative Discount will be shown on the last page before checkout.

The Check Out Process

 After you've finished adding products to your order proceed to the shopping cart (shopping cart icon in the upper right area of the screen, then view orders. 

Review the items in your cart, free items will be shown at the bottom of the list.

The Order Summary to the right will show your product total after any special offers are applied

Click Checkout (you'll see a pop up asking you if you would like to add brochures, choose Yes or No)

On the checkout page you'll see your order detail showing your discount/earnings on each item. 

Verify your shipping address is complete and correct, and see your estimated shipping time. 

Choose your payment method then verify your order total after discount/earnings with tax and shipping and submit the order.

 

Track Your Order

To track your order click on Manage Orders in the main menu then Track Submitted Orders.  Once the order ships you'll see a tracking number.  Keep in mind when tracking your order that to speed up delivery time Avon often ships the orders to the closest hub for your home before transferring the package to the shipper that will make the final delivery so there may be a delay in the shipper updating the tracking.
