1. Start Your Avon U Training
Got to AvonNow.com --> Click on Avon U at the top left of the page (on desktop) or at the top of the menu (on mobile). Avon U will recommend courses based on where you are in your progress so I recommend clicking on the first module listed and going from there.
Each module only takes about 5-15 minutes to complete so it's very easy to work into your day. You could complete a module a day with Breakfast or Lunch or you could commit to completing a module before you start scrolling through Facebook or firing up your online/mobile game.
2. Share Your Online Store
Got to AvonNow.com --> Click on My Store in the upper right of the screen (desktop), near the top of the menu (on mobile) --> click Cop Link --> Paste link in text, email or social post
Encourage potential customers to click on the Digital Catalog for a more interactive experience with videos, tutorials and a tool to try on makeup colors virtually.

3. Connect with your Avon community
Check out @avoninsider on Instagram, the Avon USA Representative Facebook Page and
the Official Avon Representative Social Selling Page (which is exclusively for Representatives just
like you!) for trainings and new updates. It's a great place to connect!

Q. How do I share the Online Brochure?

Q. How will my customers get their products?A. There are basically two ways that customers get their products:
1. Order through your online store, pay Avon directly and the products ship from Avon to the customer
2. Order through you and pay you for their order. You place the order as part of your representative order and then deliver the order to the customer.
Q. When should I place my order?A. Anytime that works well for you. I do highly recommend combining your personal order, supply order and any customer orders into a single order for the campaign to save on shipping costs. You can view the Campaign Calendar that shows what days each campaign covers on AvonNow near the top of the page.
Q. How often should I order?A. As often as you like, but you'll probably want to order at least once a campaign to get any new products you'd like to try, keep your brochures current if you're using the printed brochure, and cut down on customer wait time for your face to face customers. Some representatives will place an order whenever a customer has placed an order but since we pay shipping on each order I suggest placing an order once a campaign, or once a week to save on shipping costs.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?A. Orders ship from our warehouse in Ohio within two days and shipping time will depend on your distance from the warehouse. When you check out you can see your expected delivery window at the bottom of the checkout screen.

Customers can also register themselves on your online store by clicking sign in at the top of the page and then create account, or by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking sign up
Q. How do I create a Promotion Code?
Promotional Codes can only be used by registered customers on your online store. Some Promotions have a cost for the representative, be sure to review the Your Cost Per Order before creating and sharing a code.

Q. How do I learn more about the products?A. Check out the Product One-Pagers and training videos for our key products. These are a great way to get to know our products and have a better idea of what products to recommend to which customers. You can find the One-Pagers by going to AvonNow -> Avon U -> click on Product Education in the menu
Q. How does someone join my Avon team?A. When you have someone who would like to become an Avon representative and join your team, have them visit your online store and click the Become a Representative link. On a desktop computer it will be at the top of the screen, on mobile it is at the very bottom of the menu. They should make sure they see your name listed as their advisor before completing the enrollment.
Q. How do customers pay for their order?A. For customers that are shopping for direct delivery on your online store they will pay Avon directly. For customers that you will be delivering to you will collect payment for the full brochure price on the products, sales tax and any order processing charge you want to add (most reps charge $1-3 per order).
Q. How do I get paid?A. How you get paid will be depend on if your customer is getting their order by direct delivery or representative delivery. For details on how your earnings are paid for the different order types as well as how bonuses or leadership earnings are paid watch this video here
