Most representatives see higher sales in the 4th quarter as customers start checking off their holiday lists.  How can you keep those orders coming in the new year?
1. Make sure you have all contact information on new customers.
2. Introduce your holiday shoppers to our daily use products like skincare and bath and body. 
3. Give your customers the Avon wall calendar for 2017

I came across two good videos on doing events to build your business. 
Belinda Ellsworth and her team at Direct Selling Now are dedicating their free training in October to Events and Trade Shows.
Go here http://www.stepintosuccess.com/direct-selling-now-home/ and click on October at the bottom of the page.  This page may require that you sign up for a free basic membership...but there is a ton of fantastic information there for free.   There are some references are to booking parties, convert those to placing an order or scheduling a face to face meeting if you don't do parties.

Milagros Garcia also recently did a training on how to do an event without a lot of inventory. Discontinued products are a fact of life in any sales business.  When faced with products being removed from your product line there are a few things to keep in mind to reduce the impact they have on your business. 
1. Understand why items are discontinued
2. Remember that your attitude can influence your customer's reactions
3. Know how to identify customers who previously purchased products
4. Know how to present your customer with options
