Developing your knowledge of Avon's many skincare offerings and how to sell them effectively will help you to build a very solid foundation for your Avon business. You can provide your customer with a better quality product for the same price, or a similar quality product at a better price than what they are getting now. Combine that with the personal service that you can offer as an Avon Representative and you will have very loyal customers who have to replenish their supply of product on a regular basis.

As your customers start using Avon skincare, consider asking them for testimonials about the products they are using. I've found that testimonials from actual customers (as well as our own experience) can carry more weight than the claims made in the brochures and other promotional materials. You can also read reviews and testimonials provided by customers on your personal website. Visit your online store, and click on the product you're interested in learning more about then click on customer reviews. The reviews include some information about the age and location of reviewers which can give you even more insight into what customers you might want to recommend certain products to.
